SE AGM Meeting and Gatton Park Hanami Visit & Talk

Our Annual General Meeting is planned to take place on Saturday 15th April at 11am at Gatton Park and will also be available for members to join by Zoom.  Details will be sent separately to all members registered in the SouthEast region in the next couple of days.  Following the AGM, at 11.30am we will continue with a lecture meeting and hope that many of you will join us in person at Gatton Park.  We are very much hoping that our timing and the weather will allow us to enjoy the blossom on the newly planted cherries near the Japanese Garden during our lunch break. The afternoon lecture will be given by Suzanne Perrin who is familiar to many of you and in line with the day’s theme, she is going to share with us how Sakura has been represented in Japanese art. There will be the possibility to joint teh talk on zoom.
