We are a national Society with five regional groups located around the UK.
Our Southern regional groups are:
South East
South West & South Wales
Midlands & Mid Wales
Our Northern regional groups are:
Northern
Scotland
Some of our most popular events are JGS members only garden visits.
Each of our six regions organise garden visits to both private and public gardens to which any JGS member is welcome to attend.
We also organise workshops, lectures, both real and virtual via Zoom and social events as well as a national AGM with high profile and internationally renowned speakers.
In the future we are looking to provide a forum for members to share ideas and advice mainly around helping each other to build our own Japanese style gardens.
We have a large back catalogue of fascinating articles from our journal ‘Shakkei’ which we will be making available to members to view on-line.
